Great list. Now there’s an new WordPress plugin to add to it. The PeoplePond Online Identity blog badge lets blog visitors to quickly and easily discover where else on the Internet they can connect with you. It makes use of your PeoplePond profile which also works to increase your online visibility, enables you to make use of advanced personal identity verification and much more.

I'm busy mucking around with BuddyPress at the moment and have to say that it's quite the plugin. Installation and config is fairly easy.
